Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the occupational health clinic, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met.

Diagnose, treat, and medically manage work-related injuries and illnesses for employees.

Perform routine medical surveillance, physical examinations, and case reviews for exposure-related programs such as asbestos, heavy metals, environmental toxins, noise, DOT, Fire Brigade, etc.

Provide supervision and clinical guidance to Nurse Practitioners, delegating tasks appropriately based on skill and scope of practice.

Ensure adequate staffing, assist with scheduling, and monitor patient flow and triage efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor.
