Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Program: Healthcare Department, Mobile Clinics
Work Location: Varies; sites are located in the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn
Status: Part Time
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9-5
Reports to: Medical Director, Primary Care
Salary: $80,000 to $87,000 depending on experience
Position Overview:
The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner working in Mobile Health is responsible for the examination, diagnosis and the treatment of patients within the scope of the Health Center. It is preferred the candidate has experience working with patients experiencing homelessness, as well as those with substance use disorders and serious mental illness. Experience providing care in a mobile setting is a plus. This posting is for a part time Family Nurse Practitioner, working three days a week.
