Job Description
The Center for Medically Fragile Children at Providence Child Center is seeking a Per Diem, boardcertified nurse practitioner or pediatric nurse practitioner to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team serving children with disabilities in Oregon. This role involves comanaging the care of medically fragile children alongside therapists, pediatric development specialists, and physicians. The Center is the only pediatric skillednursing facility in the Pacific Northwest, offering a meaningful practice environment with an excellent worklife balance in the scenic Portland area.

- Strong internal and external referral base from primary care practices and associated subspecialties
