Nurse Practitioner in Wound Care
We are seeking qualified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Wound Care to service our patients throughout the Beaufort area. As a Provider, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care across various settings, including homes, facilities, and telehealth. You are an integral part of the care team, collaborating with multiple healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management. Your responsibilities include evaluating high-risk patients, coordinating care plans, and providing care management to improve patient outcomes.
Our providers conduct virtual patient visits from the comfort of their own homes as well as in-person visits in various settings including homes and facilities. This is a full-time salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
