Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Ohio with a current NP certification to provide advanced patient care services. The NP will create and implement patient care plans, perform advanced nursing duties, and provide clinical oversight to other healthcare staff. This role includes routine and acute care management, chronic disease monitoring, and preventive care interventions.

Schedule:
- 16-24 hours per week (flexible 1st shift)
- Option to work full-time by splitting hours between two sites if desired

- Monitor patient progress and intervene in the course of chronic illnesses
