Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)
Join UPMC Altoona Cancer Center as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - either a Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) . This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in hematology/oncology care, working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in patient outcomes.
Hours
  • Monday through Friday
    8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Specifics
  • Role open to Physician Assistants and CRNPs (Acute Care certification preferred for CRNPs)
  • Focus: Hematology/Oncology
  • Clinical mix:
    • Outpatient clinic: ~80%
    • Hospital rounding: ~20%
