Job Summary
The Geisinger Skilled Nursing Program is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 'float' to various skilled nursing facilities in northeast Pennsylvania.
Job Duties
This position is as a Geisinger provider in a non-Geisinger facility and r equires an experienced advanced practitioner (AP), prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility, family medicine, internal medicine or ICU. The AP provides direct (hands-on) care in skilled nursing facilities with a goal to improve quality and prevent unnecessary re-admissions to the acute care setting.
This position has a $10,400 float differential and will travel to these locations, but are not limited to:
+ Mountain Top Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Mountain Top
+ Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Nanticoke
+ Lakewood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Nanticoke
+ The Meadows, Dallas
+ Embassy of Wyoming Valley, Wilkes Barre,<...
