We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity available for a NURSE PRACTITIONER with Primary Care at the VA Health Care System, Paducah, Kentucky Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: - The float Nurse Practitioner will cover for primary care provider absences as well as urgent care needs. - Nurse Practitioner will float to Community Based Outpatient Centers within the Marion VA Healthcare System's catchment area. - The Nurse Practitioner will cover absences as needed. - Diagnose, treat and manage a panel of patients. - Provider comprehensive patient-centered primary medical care. - Identify acute/non-acute, chronic health problems. - Use principles of risk management to identif...
