Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Pulmonology
We are seeking qualified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Pulmonology to service our patients throughout the state of GA. As a Provider, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care through telehealth. You are an integral part of the care team, collaborating with multiple healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management. Your responsibilities include evaluating high-risk patients, coordinating care plans, and providing care management to improve patient outcomes.
Our providers conduct virtual patient visits from the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
The following shifts are available:
- 8-hour shift (Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm)
- 10-hour shift (Monday-Thursday; 7:00am-6:00pm)
- 10-hour shift (Tuesday-Friday; 7:00am-6:00pm)
