Nurse Practitioner - #Staff

We are seeking a **_Nurse Practitioner_** who will provide specialized clinical care and harm reduction services primarily for people who use drugs (PWUD) in a mobile, integrated care van called Healthcare on The Spot. The provider’s scope of service will include managing patients living with opioid use disorder, hepatitis C, and HIV, providing pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent HIV, wound care, and sexually transmitted infections. Though the majority of clinical time will be spent on the mobile van, the provider may provide clinical services in other non-traditional settings like drop-in centers or alongside outreach teams, meeting people where they are in the community. Medical care will include obtaining a medical history, performing appropriate physical examinations, assessing patients’ problems, and resolving identified problems by appropriate medical management.
