An exciting full-time leadership opportunity has opened for a suitable candidate with extensive experience to lead the Theatres Department Team across 8 state-of-the-art operating theatres and a diverse surgical portfolio across orthopaedics, neurosurgery, paediatrics, gynae, urology, general surgery and ophthalmology at a private hospital located in Orange. ABOUT THE ROLE
As the NUM, you will be taking on a key leadership role within the unit, supported by a cohesive and dedicated team of Theatre Floor Managers, Registered and Enrolled Nurses, and Support and Administrative staff. This is a perfect role for an experienced or emerging leader who is passionate about inspiring, supporting and mentoring a dedicated nursing team while helping to deliver exceptional care across surgical services.
