An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Nurse Unit Manager with strong clinical knowledge and competence within an acute surgical setting at a private hospital in regional NSW. This is a permanent full-time position. ABOUT THE ROLE As a senior member of the clinical team, you will review, plan, oversee, and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Clinical Leadership Team. The Nurse Unit Manager for the Theatre and Recovery Department provides strategic and operational leadership across a five-theatre complex, Cardiac Catheterisation Lab, and Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit, ensuring optimal staffing, strict clinical safety compliance, and efficient surgical throughput in line with Hospital standards.
