We are working with a well-regarded early years provider to recruit an experienced Nursery Manager for their established setting based in Chester. The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading, developing and motivating a dedicated staff team
* Ensuring the nursery meets all Ofsted and EYFS requirements
* Delivering exceptional standards of care, education and safeguarding
* Managing budgets, occupancy, performance and overall operations
* Building strong relationships with parents, carers and external stakeholders
* Driving quality improvements and maintaining a positive, child-centred culture
