Requirements What are Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Room Leader/ Third in Charge Role Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) Minimum 1 years experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting.
