**Job Description**
The Nursing Administrator is a registered professional nurse with progressive administrative experience. S/he supports Nurse Managers, Associate Nursing Directors and senior nursing leadership in the management of clinical units/specialty areas, fulfilling responsibilities for hospital and patient care services on assigned shifts.
**Qualifications**
**_Requirements_**
+ Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing required, Master's in Nursing or health care related field preferred
+ 3-5 years minimum clinical nursing experience with some
+ Charge Nurse/supervisory experience preferred.
+ Must have relevant clinical competence in area of nursing practice assigned
