Position
Claimont Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant / Support Worker (female only) based in Chelmsford to provide domiciliary care to adults with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and complex health needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level of personal care, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management and medication administration.
- Support clients to maintain and improve their well‑being, facilitating independence and access to services.
- Maintain clear professional boundaries within the home setting.
- Collaborate with the Complex Care Lead Nurse and multidisciplinary teams.
- Record care and maintain accurate documentation in line with information governance and data protection standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years as a Complex Care Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or equivalent, working with people who have MND or spinal injury.
