Job Summary:


  • Supervises: CNA Trainee, CNA, SR CNA, LPN, RN, Unit Clerk

  • Education:

    • Minimum: Graduate from an accredited Registered Professional Nurse Program.

    • Preferred: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or related field or Masters in Nursing or related field.



  • License/Certifications: Current NYS License to practice as a Professional Registered Nurse.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum: 2 Years of Nursing Experience or 2 Years of LTC experience.

    • Preferred: Previous management/leadership experience.
