A reputable health facility in Tse-Addo, Accra is seeking for NURSING OFFICER. An experienced and proficient Nursing Officer to join our clinical team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing leadership and guidance to all subordinate nursing staff
• Implementing the physician’s orders such as giving medications, assessing the patient’s/client’s response to the treatment plan and practicing infection control processes to reduce health risks in the work environment.
• Evaluating the safety of the medical plan before implementing it.
• Maintains current knowledge of nursing care practices.
• Serve as a resource person to clinical health assistants, nurses, medical staff, and other related professional staff in the provision of patient treatment plans.
