Make a difference as a Registered Nurse at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre's Veterans Centre. This role focuses on providing patient and family-centered care within a multidisciplinary framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver total nursing care for assigned residents
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Apply patient-focused care principles in practice
• Serve as primary nurse and team lead in care
• Address needs of residents with Alzheimer Dementia
Requirements:
• Current registration with Ontario regulatory body
• B.C.L.S. Certification is necessary
• Experience in Long-Term care environments
