Job Description
Position Summary The Nursing Services Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services in compliance with North Carolina regulations, health-care accreditation standards and any other required regulatory standards. This individual will conduct assessments and reassessments of clients for both nursing services and in-home aide services, manage nursing staff, develop clinical policies, develop clinical training programs, and collaborate with other departments to support the agency’s mission. The Nursing Services Director will ensure that all care provided meets regulatory standards and promotes the health and well-being of clients.
