Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned clients and ensure success of personalized wellness programs
- Create customized food and wellness plans in consultation with senior team
- Conduct discovery and review calls to assess health history, goals, and progress
- Coach clients on holistic health and lifestyle practices
- Maintain regular client communication via calls and chat
- Ensure timely follow-ups, food plan delivery, and query resolution
- Handle program coordination, renewals, and client support
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and CRM updates
- Collect client feedback and testimonials
Qualifications:
- M.Sc in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food Science with 2+ year experience
OR
- BSc + PG Diploma in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics with 3+ years experience
