Job Description

**Position summary:**

This position is responsible to achieve sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.

+ Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
+ Support (Associate) Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.
+ Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealers
+ Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
