NVHI Design & Release Engineer
We’re looking for an engineer to lead the design, release, and validation of NVHI components for upcoming vehicle programs.
Responsibilities:
• Design & release NVHI components
• Ensure performance targets are met
• Coordinate validation testing and resolve issues
• Lead DFMEA & DVP&R updates
• Support launch and production programs
• Benchmark components and drive continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications:
• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1–5 years in automotive interior/exterior or NVHI component releasing
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, FEA, mold flow
• Strong communication + cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
• MSME/MSEE
• DFSS or Shainin certification
• Experience with NX & Teamcenter
