You will work closely with a collaborative team to streamline processes and resolve title-related issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documents
- Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership
- Review surveys and perform survey readings
- Prepare and review closing packages
