Role: O & M Lead Solar
The Solar O & M Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of the company's solar assets. This role ensures optimal performance, safety, reliability, and profitability of solar plants while adhering to regulatory compliance and industry standards. The O & M Lead will lead a team of engineers and technicians through subcontractors to maximize uptime and energy output while minimizing costs and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities- Operations & Maintenance Management:
- Oversee the O&M of solar power plants, including troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and implement standardized O&M processes, procedures, and protocols to ensure operational efficiency.
