As a full-time or part-time **OB/GYN Physician** , you will join the growing team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican (https://www.commonspirit.org/physician-enterprise/dignity-health-dominican-medical-group) in Santa Cruz, CA, moving beyond the traditional clinical experience to a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership.
You will have varied schedule options, including part-time clinic-based, part-time full-scope clinic and hospital-based, full-time hospital-based, or full-time full-scope clinic and hospital-based positions. You will enjoy a **shared call of 1:6** plus a backup call panel, and work alongside a team of established Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives.
