**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
**As an OBGYN Physician with CommonSpirit Mountain Region, you will receive:**
+ _$415,474 guaranteed base salary_ (Call and incentive pay paid in addition to base salary)
+ $38,201 Sign on bonus
+ Up to $15,000 in relocation
+ $30,000 student loan repayment
+ CME funds
+ Flexible Time Away
**Additional Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OBGYN) position details:**
+ Flexible work week
+ Clinic located on the Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley West campus
+ New ultrasound machine
+ 2 NST Rooms
+ Onsite lab
