This is the Cloud Observability team that uses traditional Observability technology as well as cutting edge technology in AI.
This team’s focus is the observability on cloud like monitoring and alerting. Our observability team builds the dashboards and consults the application teams on building the dashboards. We seek to understand the application stack and components in order to get everything onboarded. After the alerts and Dynatrace monitoring are up, we help the teams deploy Dynatrace in the cloud. Our team configures Dynatrace (most is automated), does the administration and deploying on the backend tooling. Our job is to get it deployed and up and running for the application team. Our team uses Dynatrace for Observability Metrics, Traces and Events. We use Splunk for Logs for Observability.
Our team does not use OTEL for observability telemetry like New Relic. Strong experience with New Relic or Data Dog could be an alternative to Dynatrace experience. Gr...
