**Job Summary:**
Las Palmas Del Sol is seeking a full-time Core Faculty position to assist with leading the OBGYN residency program in El Paso, TX.
**Qualified Candidates:**
+ Board eligible/board certified OBGYN
+ TX licensed or ability to obtain
+ Physician driven practice serving an underserved population
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Current or recent academic experience is preferred, but candidates interested in transitioning from private practice to an academic position are encouraged to apply
+ On-call requirements: 2-3 times per month
+ Willingness to participate in backup call coverage
+ Start date: 2026
