OBGYN $550K+ FIRST YEAR PHOENIX AREA H/J QUALIFIED

PRACTICE OVERVIEW
• OB/GYN with comprehensive outpatient and inpatient services
• Can be 7 on 7 off schedule OR 2/3/4 Day work week
• Integrated care model featuring in-house Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and mid-level support
• Advanced technology including Da Vinci robotic surgical capabilities and AI scribe documentation
• Shared call structure with balanced scheduling for optimal work-life integration
• Collaborative environment with behavioral health and comprehensive support services
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• $550,000 first-year income potential (Full time)
• Employed or 1099
• $100,000 commencement plus retention incentive
