Location: Eastern Utah, approximately 125 miles SE of SLC
Setting: Inpatient/Hospital
Start Date: Jan 19
End Date: Ongoing
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient - Hospital
Coverage: Call Only (Beeper); 1:3 for OB; 1:2 for GYN; minimal calls/patients
Shifts: 12 Hour: 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license in Utah or ability to attain Utah license; Client willing to reimburse for licensing expense
