Occupancy Planner manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupancy Planner Manager role based in the Pune District. The Occupancy Planner Manager will be responsible for analyzing current and projected space usage, developing occupancy plans, and ensuring optimal allocation of workspace across the client’s portfolio. The role includes coordinating with real estate, facilities, projects, and HR teams to support headcount forecasts, moves, adds, and changes (MAC), and workplace transformation initiatives. The manager will prepare and maintain space data, floor plans, and occupancy reports, using CAFM/IWMS tools and other analytics platforms to provide accurate insights and recommendations. Daily responsibilities also include leading stakeholder meetings, supporting scenario planning for expansions or consolidations, ensuring adherence to space standards and compliance requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of workplace strategies and user experience.
