Job Description
As an OHS Expert Benelux your responsibilities are:
- Act as legally designated preventieadviseur (Belgium) and preventiemedewerker (Netherlands)
- Implement OHS strategy and operational plans aligned with corporate standards
- Maintain and improve the Health & Safety management system (policies, audits, KPIs)
- Advise senior leaders, HR, Works Councils on OHS risks and compliance
- Lead Health & Safety Committees and promote a positive safety culture
- Design and deliver annual well-being programs (mental and physical health)
- Develop and govern OHS training plans and induction programs
- Conduct site inspections (own sites and customer sites) and adapt risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, ensure corrective actions, and report KPIs
- Collaborate with France-Benelux and global OHS teams on improvement projects
