Job Description
The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services, supporting workplace health monitoring, and promoting employee wellness. The role ensures compliance with occupational safety and health standards while delivering timely care, health surveillance, and preventive health support within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) , licensed in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2- 3 years clinical experience , preferably with Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) or bedside/hospital exposure
- Completed BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training
- With Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; AHA-certified preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and emergency response skills
- Knowledge of DOLE OSH standards and workplace health protocols
- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
