  • Setting: urgent care and occupational medicine clinic scheduled and walk-in 
  • Dates: June 29 – Sep 4
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-5p (or until last pt seen)
  • Scope: seeing ages 2 and up for urgent care, workers comp, DOT physicals
  • Volume: 22 ppd per provider
  • EMR: Allscripts
  • Requirements: active CA license, DEA, DOT, BLS
