Overview
This role is no weekends or holidays and provides for and delivers health care and wellness services, within the scope of the license of a registered nurse, to associates to enhance morale, health and productivity. Develops, coordinates and conducts health education programs for associates to promote safety in the workplace to help associates achieve optimal health and productivity levels. Provides first-aid services and medical treatment for associates in the Home Office. Organizes wellness clinics including general health fairs and various health screenings. Involved in OSHA compliance and workers' compensation reporting. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updates Manager on a regular basis.
