We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse to join our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) team. In a high-pressure BPO setting, you will be responsible for providing immediate clinical care, promoting employee wellness, and ensuring the company remains compliant with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining a healthy, productive workforce through both emergency response and preventative health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care & Emergency Response: Provide first aid and emergency medical interventions for employees; manage the clinic's daily operations and medical supplies.
