Amentum is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented **Occupational Health & Safety Specialist** to support workplace safety initiatives and compliance programs in the Washington, DC area. This role is responsible for evaluating work environments, identifying potential hazards, and developing comprehensive safety programs to prevent injuries and occupational illnesses.
The Occupational Health & Safety Specialist also investigates workplace incidents, determines root causes, and develops corrective actions to prevent future occurrences, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and Department of State (DOS) safety standards.
