Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy Position is :
OTR = $80/hour ($20/unit) and $150/eval
COTA = $65/hour ($16.25 unit)
Location: th Avenue SE, Suite H-158, Bothell,WA 98021
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening Hours Needed: 4pm or 5pm to 7pm up to 5 nights a week as desired
