- Monday - Friday, day shift, 8hr shifts potentially 35 hours weekly
- Flexible start time no earlier than 6 am, no later than 10 am
- No weekend requirements
- Long term care and rehab setting
- Patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
- ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, modalities, assistive devices
- 1+ years of OT experience required LTC or rehab experience required
- New grads considered with Level II fieldwork experience
