JOB SUMMARY
To plan and manage occupational therapy services that complies with relevant healthcare standards and policies to assist patients in recovering from short- or long-term injuries through the use of specialized exercise programmes.
REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements: BSc degree: Occupational Therapy Must be registered with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Minimum Experience: 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist Experience within a private hospital environment advantageous Key Competencies Computer Literacy People management Conflict Management Time Management DELIVERABLES Develop and implement quality assurance measures in Occupational Therapy to contribute to the improvement of quality care and patient experience Assess patients to determine the most effective treatment plan to manage their recovery and develop appropriate treatment plan Monitor, evaluate and revise patient treatment plans to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of tre...
