Job Description
1. Licensed Occupational Therapist in practicing state.
2. Graduate of an accredited OT program (Master’s or Doctorate).
3. NBCOT certification (as required).
4. BLS/CPR certification; 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
5.Strong communication, adaptability, and documentation skills.
