Job Description
- Coordinate and handle ocean export shipments from A to Z
- Ensure a smooth and timely flow of freight and information
- Enter and manage data accurately in operational systems
- Track & trace shipments and proactively update customers
- Prepare and verify export documentation
- Communicate with ocean carriers, trucking companies, and overseas offices
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Send shipping notices and manage international communication
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
