Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional sales or sales Operations Manager specialist Ocean Freight Segment
- Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Proficient and professional in presentations and negotiations, as well as problem-solving skills in handling emerging issues (customer complaints).
- Experienced in developing sales strategies and achieving area targets.
- Able to analyze market trends, sales trends, and business opportunities in the Surabaya area and its surroundings.
- Target- and customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
