JOB DETAILS
Monitor Customer level CM1 (contribution margin) for the location
Deliver on the OCE Strategy (Commercial & Operational) in the geographical area covered by the Branches.
Deliver according to the financial and operational targets defined in the Branch Business Plan and budget
Provide leadership in the areas of product and business development.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in ocean import and export operations with Logistics industry.
Experience and knowledge in warehousing, transport, business development, solution design and if possible customs and Freight.
Strategically minded and innovative
Right sense of urgency
Strong Operational Understanding
Analytical capabilities to determine direction for OCE product
People management experience with ability to develop organizational talent
