Ocean Operations Executive (Global Forwarding Agent) – Kallang, Singapore
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused professional to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the full shipment lifecycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency in meeting customer requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain operational excellence by understanding shipping processes, documentation, and terminology from purchase order issuance to cargo delivery.
- Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and create solutions for internal and external challenges.
- Coordinate shipment tasks to meet customer SOP requirements, including booking approvals, pre‑alerts, government filings, delivery execution, and invoicing.
