Job Summary You will coordinate shipment bookings and manage export documentation to ensure smooth transport and delivery of goods for customers and agents. Responsibilities Book shipments with carriers and coordinate schedules with colanders to meet customer requirements Arrange transport and fumigation services for customers and agents to comply with regulations and ensure cargo safety Prepare accurate Bills of Lading to document shipment details for export processes Declare export permits and prepare Certificates of Origin when required to meet customs regulations Send pre-alert notifications to destination offices and agents to facilitate timely cargo handling Review job costing for each file handled to ensure profitability and prevent losses Scan and file shipping documents into the Kendox Archive system for record keeping and easy retrieval Manage assigned shipping lanes as directed by supervisors to maintain operational efficiency Provide quotations to agents to support sales an...
