Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Partnership Management : Develop long - term strategic plans and annual work plans for the company's ICT product OEM business to ensure alignment with the company's overall development strategy.
  • Production Management and Quality Control : Organize and coordinate the production plans of OEM manufacturers to ensure that products are delivered on time, with high quality and in the required quantity.
  • Cost Management and Risk Management : Conduct cost accounting and analysis for the OEM business, formulate cost -control strategies, and reduce production and operating costs by optimizing the supply chain, negotiating purchase prices, etc.
  • Team Management and Cross - departmental Collaboration : Build and manage the OEM business team. Recruit, train, appraise performance, and motivate team members to improve the overall quality and business capabilities of the team.
