Job Description
Our client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a OEM Vehicle Validation & Issue Troubleshooting Specialist for their Columbus, IN location. Responsibilities:
+ Vehicle Support: Development powertrain system support and troubleshooting including hardware, software, controls and electronic systems level troubleshooting
+ Issue troubleshooting and resolution: Following troubleshooting trees independently where troubleshooting trees are available or using engineering judgement to diagnose issues, working with technicians to carry out investigation & resolution, tracking issues with clear documentation of outcomes and communicating plans and outcomes with engineers, techs and customers.
+ Validation support: Utilize Calterm and other engineering tools to download ECM software and calibrations (in collaboration with support from Client Columbus team), participate and support Vehicle Validation activities - collecting data, overriding e...
