Position Description

Inquiry Management and Resolution

• Provide feedback to separated/ retired employees’ inquiries and resolve them within defined turnaround times.
• Recommend programs to improve inquiry management and resolutions related to off‑boarding.
• Update the separated/ retired employees on the status of the clearance and schedule of release of last pay.

Service Delivery and Performance

• Initiate notice to clearing units on the processing of clearances.
• Compute and process the payment salary and benefits due the separated/ retired employees (i.e. regular employees, project hire, etc.).
